Earth Gives' signature giving day was developed after discovering that only 2% of all philanthropy goes to climate and environmental nonprofit efforts. Individuals are the largest donor group, and they can engage, learn and lead as individuals and a broader collective. This platform serves to match individuals with nonprofits advancing the critical solutions we need to scale. Those connections can match people with the experts who have boots on the ground doing the work - providing opportunities to invest, volunteer, learn and spread the word to their own families and friends.
