Since our founding in 2014, MobilizeGreen has placed over 3,000 young people in paid, project-based experiences across 47 states and territories. These experiences have launched countless careers, with 51% of participants securing permanent positions with their host employers. The quality of our programming is reflected in participant feedback, with 94% of participants reporting they gained experience not found in the classroom and 90% indicating a better understanding of how to launch a green career.

Employers also recognize the value of our approach, with 84% saying they would unconditionally recommend their intern for future employment opportunities. As one VirtualIntern participant noted: "My internship experience has given me the confidence to handle my own projects and work in a team of industry professionals. It's also exposed me to many new environmental issues and pathways for my career."
