Loving God and loving our neighbors means acting on climate. This core belief has fueled YECA's work since 2012. Our diverse and creative actions focus on three overarching goals: empowering our generation of Christians to act and advocate together; equipping young Christians to engage with their church communities; and holding our political leaders accountable to enact equitable, ambitious climate policies. These goals have resulted in highlights including training over 100 Climate Leadership Fellows across the nation, reaching over 280,000 young voters, sending over a dozen representatives to the United Nations climate change conference (COP) since 2018, and helping pass historic climate legislation.
