Acerca de esta organización
If Project Drawdown showed the world what works, Project Peoples shows who has been doing it-and how to scale it. The architect behind Drawdown's solutions work, Chad Frischmann, now leads Project Peoples alongside a 100% Indigenous Steering Council to put Indigenous climate solutions at the center of action.
What we've done: In Phase 1 we co-created values and safeguards (including FPIC), rigorous criteria to identify Indigenous solutions, and a measures-and-metrics framework that makes their cascading benefits across climate, water, health, livelihoods, and biodiversity visible and comparable. We built the research methodology and core assumptions to model impact from local to global scales, mapped 30+ solution areas, and set respectful language guidance.
What's next: Phase 2 activates this foundation-funding Indigenous solutionists, launching an Advisory Council, and publishing an open, data-driven repository with a companion book so policymakers, funders, and communities can direct capital to implementation.
Back the movement that moves resources to Indigenous-led regeneration-credible, measurable, and ready to scale.
