This special fund will be awarded in whole or divided up between groups impacted by extreme storms and wildfires. The fund will focus on small and medium-budget 501c3 organizations that spring to action and may not have time to fundraise for their work. Their teams and volunteer rallying efforts might be stretched to capacity. Organizations might need to rebuild or expand their work which may include cleaning up rivers and waterways, testing water quality that impacts your drinking water, helping overlooked communities with their environmental needs, wildlife care and rehabilitation impacted by storms, restoring ecosystems including planting trees, regenerating mangroves, and supporting coastal area regeneration.
