To decarbonize at the speed and scale required to address the climate crisis, we need bold public policy to accelerate change. Corporations play a huge role in policy action - or inaction. We need a movement that raises the expectations for the corporate sector: companies need to lead on broad systemic change, which requires them to be all in on climate, especially on supporting public policy.
In 2025, ClimateVoice has been focusing on building the community + power needed to accelerate action on climate change. We launched the Cross Company Alliance for Employee Climate Action with employee leaders that serve as liaisons to thousands of employees at companies including Alphabet, Apple, Microsoft, and Pinterest. ClimateVoice also co-launched the Employee Climate Action Network this June, which is a coalition of 20+ organizations across the globe to to support employees in advocating for climate action and leadership at work.
Both these hubs are building power and strategies to galvanize climate action from greening 401Ks to hosting solar action days to defending important federal regulations. Donate today to invest in ClimateVoice and support these powerful new groups!
Victoria Mills: Former Managing Director, EDF+Business
"While voluntary actions to reduce emissions are important, only public policy can deliver the speed and scale of reductions needed to limit the worst impacts of climate change. If companies are serious about fighting climate change, they need to use the most powerful tool in the corporate arsenal: their political influence. ClimateVoice is hyper-focused on galvanizing employees and increasing media attention to demand that companies put their lobbying muscle behind their climate commitments. It is a critical partner in our collective efforts to mobilize businesses to support strong climate policy."
