Peace Boat US

The Youth for the SDGs program—a joint initiative by Peace Boat US and the Blue Planet Alliance—offers unique experiential learning and capacity-building opportunities to empower the next generation of global leaders driving climate action and sustainability. Our programs are endorsed by IOC UNESCO as a contributor to the UN Ocean Decade.

Open to young leaders aged 18 to 30, the program offers a limited number of merit- and need-based scholarships for individuals driving local SDG initiatives. 

With your support, we can provide scholarships for young activists and scholars from local communities around the world to learn about and advance the Sustainable Development Goals.

Sailing with Peace Boat

The Youth for the SDGs program takes place aboard the passenger ship of Peace Boat, our partner organization, which sails globally to deliver education and advocacy initiatives focused on peace, human rights, and sustainability. Through collaborations with communities worldwide, each voyage hosts over 1,000 international participants—primarily from Japan and across Asia. As an official partner of the UN SDG Action Campaign, Peace Boat remains a dedicated champion for the Sustainable Development Goals.
