Anthropocene Alliance

Anthropocene Alliance (A2) is the nation’s largest network of frontline communities fighting for environmental protection. A2 brings together, supports, and organizes alongside our member organizations — over 450 grassroots groups in every U.S. state and territory — to fight for environmental protection and health. Our members and the frontline communities they represent face overlapping threats, from toxic waste and industrial pollution to flooding, drought, wildfire, extreme heat, and reckless development — pressures that are increasingly compounded by climate change and historic underinvestment. We provide organizing, capacity-building, policy, research, and nationally coordinated advocacy support to those most impacted by these cumulative harms.
