Run On Climate Education Fund focuses on policy support, leadership development, and electoral support (through our 501c4). We've made notable progress in our almost 4 years of operation. We've created a bank of the most impactful local climate policies, with resources and examples for each policy, and made it publicly available on our website. We've built a network of current and former policymakers, including 29 local elected officials who are actively advancing some of the most ambitious municipal climate policies ever passed in the US. We support those elected directly by organizing the network and facilitating peer-to-peer support among members. We've overseen meaningful internships and fellowships for 140 college and high school students and recent graduates. Our 501(c)4 sibling organization, Run On Climate, has provided meaningful, hands-on support for climate champion candidates for municipal office.
