Run On Climate Education Fund focuses on the development and advancement of local level climate policies and programs, and youth leadership development. We've made notable progress in our first 4 years. We've created a bank of the most impactful local climate policies, with resources and examples for each policy, and made it publicly available on our website. We've built a network of current and former policymakers, including 38 local elected officials who are actively advancing some of the most ambitious municipal climate policies ever passed in the US. We support those elected directly and facilitate peer-to-peer support among members.

We've overseen meaningful internships and fellowships for over 200 students and recent graduates and trained hundreds of people in local climate organizing. Our 501(c)4 sibling organization, Run On Climate, has provided meaningful, hands-on support for climate champion candidates running for municipal office.
