San Francisco Bay Physicians for Social Responsibility (SF Bay PSR) organizes physicians and other health professionals to defend health and demand racial, social, and environmental justice. We combine the power of community activism with the knowledge and credibility of health professionals to promote public policies that support our intertwined areas of concentration: environmental health with a special focus on the climate crisis and related environmental toxic degradation; nuclear weapons abolition and the end to the arms race; social and racial justice and the health burdens of vulnerable communities; and education of the public and next generation of health professionals.

Guided by the values and expertise of medicine and public health, Physicians for Social Responsibility (PSR) works to protect human life from the gravest threats to health and survival.
