Leaders For Clean Air has actively been involved in over 4000 EV Charger placements throughout Utah and the Pacific Northwest. Leaders For Clean Air has provided guidance with an energy grid startup at the University of Utah to create a less expensive Level 2, smart EV Charger with a customizable software management system that allows load balancing, the ability for a business entity to charge for parking and electricity or offer free charging for specific EV users, apply sleeping charges for EVs that overstay their charging, and provide a healthy warranty/maintenance program. Leaders For Clean Air has provided EV 101 classes for employee staff, presented for community councils for general knowledge about EVs and EV Charging, and educated communities through outreach on the future of EVs and EV charging for residents, communities, and businesses. Leaders For Clean Air has programs to help new organizations get started with a Pay It Forward program where one company will donate to LFCA so another company can get an EV if that company can donate for the next EV Charging placement. Leaders For Clean Air also has a 'loaner' program for a company to try it out as they plan a program.
