Its Constellations Fellowship has placed 350+ emerging leaders into climate organizations, expanding the capacity of changemakers globally. GWMP also drives systemic impact through the Climate Impact Conduit, an open-data platform linking hundreds of vetted climate projects with funders, investors, and partners.
