RecycleBalls is an environmental impact organization dedicated to promoting and modeling sustainability in sports. Working across the lower 48 states, RecycleBalls has set an ambitious goal to recover, reuse, and recycle all tennis balls. In 2022 alone, 189 million tennis balls were imported into the US. To date, RecycleBalls has successfully collected and recycled over 13.5 million tennis balls, equivalent to more than 530 tons of reclaimed rubber, significantly reducing landfill waste and replacing new products from the supply chain.



RecycleBalls partners with over 1,000 tennis facilities and engages more than 8,000 volunteers across the nation to support its collection and recycling operations. This extensive network not only facilitates the recycling process but also serves as a powerful tool for educating and mobilizing the sports community, especially youth, towards environmental stewardship. Our efforts are geared towards expanding the successful model of a circular economy in sports equipment.
